The Challenge

A German public sector organization needed to identify and support Egyptian and international SMEs with the potential to generate sustainable jobs in Egypt. The challenge had two main aspects: first, selecting the most promising companies from an investor’s perspective, and second, connecting them with suitable investors. But funding alone wasn’t enough - these startups also required end-to-end strategic guidance, including market entry planning, customer acquisition, and successful product launches in a new market.

Our Approach

As entrepreneurial advisors with a bias for action, we designed a comprehensive program that combined smart oversight with practical, on-the-ground execution. Drawing from our direct experience in African markets, we provided a mix of coaching, program management, and strategic connections to maximize impact.

Through our structured guidance and active involvement, six high-potential companies were identified and prepared to create sustainable jobs in Egypt. With the right strategic support and investor connections, these businesses are now positioned for significant growth—directly contributing to economic development in the region.
